What is Big Timber Brilliance?

Big Timber Brilliance in Elgin, Illinois is a spectacular illuminated winter trail walk. Celebrate the holidays on a trail featuring 10 light installations harmonizing light, music and nature. We invite you to bring your family and friends to experience the magic.

Disney/Marvel Character Night – Bring your princesses and superheroes out to meet their favorite characters amongst the lights! We’ll be changing up the music to feature some Disney classics and Marvel hits and select Disney and Marvel characters will be available for meet n greets at the lodge. Don’t miss out on this marvelous, magical night!

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR TICKET DATE/TIME
Follow these steps to transfer your ticket(s):
1. Go to your confirmation email and select “Manage Tickets” button and enter the verification code also included in that same confirmation email.
2. You will then be able to transfer your tickets to a new date and time.
3. You will receive a new confirmation email with a new QR code once the transfer is complete. You will receive one QR code for all tickets purchased.

EVENT INFORMATION

You must arrive within 15 minutes after your selected start time on your ticket.
Walking trail is on gravel path. ADA accessibility is limited.
By attending this event, you are entering the Illuminated Trail Walk at your own risk. There are possible areas of low lighting, no light, uneven surfaces, variable terrain and icy/slippery surfaces.
Illnesses including COVID-19 can spread through close human to human contact which could occur at this trail walk. Please stay 6′ apart.
Reserve a time slot now and if plans change, you can always update your date/time later!
The trail will take approximately 1 hour to walk through. The faster you walk, the shorter the show will be!
You will need to have your ticket printed off or pulled up on your phone to present at the admission gate. There will be no on-site ticket sales.
Prices include admission for one adult or child.
Service dogs only, please no pets.
Tickers are valid for one use.
Tickets are necessary for anyone over the age of 3.
All sales are final and promotions and discounts cannot be added retroactively.

Weather Policy

We are open in most weather conditions however, we will not be able to operate in severe conditions that include lightning. In the event that we must cancel the show, you will be able to transfer your ticket to another available night. If you decide to come on a weekday and your ticket was for a peak night ex. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) we will be unable to issue a refund for the difference in ticket prices.

Stay on the clearly marked trail at all times.
Do not touch the light displays.
All guests, including children over 3 years old, must have a ticket to enter.
Groups cannot exceed 10 people.
